Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious by Japanese standards and beautifully decorated in a lovely powder blue/grey scheme. The breakfast offered a wide variety to please all tastes, making mornings a real treat. While the rooms were quite spacious for a typical Japanese hotel, the dining options were somewhat limited. However, the service was always professional and personable, reflecting the good old Japanese hospitality, which I found very welcoming. The location was convenient, being near Osaka station and within walking distance to the Umeda Sky Building and its charming Edo-style restaurants.
I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were big, comfortable, and had a lovely lighting setup, making me feel more at ease than I do in my own house. It's definitely a great choice for a family of three. On the downside, the location was a bit out of the way for those who enjoy being within walking distance of attractions, but it's just a short taxi ride to Osaka station and major shopping areas. The dining options, although nice, could use a bit more variety, especially for longer stays.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, much larger than other hotels I've been to in Osaka. I was on the 16th floor, and the view towards the river was just breathtaking, with lots of natural light and a lovely powder blue/grey color scheme. The service was top-notch, with staff even walking me to the Umeda Sky Tower to ensure I got on the right elevator. The location was great, less than 10 minutes from the Osaka/Umeda station, and right next to the iconic Umeda Sky Building. The dining experience was pleasant, offering a nice mix of Eastern and Western food. However, I found the partition between guests in the dining area a bit odd. Overall, a luxurious and spacious stay!
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable. The service was top-notch with helpful and courteous staff always available. The location was convenient, especially with the hotel shuttle service to Osaka Station. The dining experience had good options but could benefit from a bit more variety. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall positive experience.
The hotel is a mixed bag with very spacious and comfortable rooms but some grouchy and unfriendly service. It's conveniently located near the Umeda Sky Building, but a bit far from the city center. The dining is reasonable but not outstanding. The price is fair for the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and offered a wonderful view of the Yodagawa River and Umeda Sky Building. The staff provided nice little touches like 100 balloons and a bouquet of flowers, but there were not enough charging points in the room. The service was good in a traditional Japanese way, although not overly warm. The location had its ups and downs, being close to great restaurants but a bit far from shopping areas. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, especially the variety of traditional Greek products. The facilities were well-kept and satisfying.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room that had two beds even though I was a solo traveler. The basic amenities were sufficient, and the hotel's proximity to Osaka Station made it convenient yet located in a peaceful area.
